Property Search
We search for properties to buy and rent in Scotland and manage the whole process through to completion, or signing of tenancy agreement.
We gather as much information from you to enable us to search for properties which match your criteria. Once we understand your requirements, we will liaise with estate agents, property developers, private sellers and landlords, to provide you with a shortlist of properties and a detailed brief on each one, including photographs.
We then accompany you to viewings and once you have decided on a property, we negotiate a purchase price.
Supervision of the Move
As we cater for local, national and international moves, we are able to supervise everything from start to finish, using local recommended removal firms.
Orientation Tours
You may be relocating from another city or country and know little about the area you are moving to. We can provide an overview on your chosen area, covering property search, sought after areas, local amenities and schooling. We tailor the tour to your requirements, with the aim to familiarise you with the area and help you to settle into your new location as quickly as possible.
School Search
To help you make an informed choice, we offer a school search for all ages, including nurseries, private and state schools and colleges and universities and can arrange viewing appointments.
